I received a gift card, how do I use it?
Go to the SHOP section of the site. Select the product you are interested in buying, you can enter your code on the cart summary page by clicking on the "Use gift voucher" button, or you can enter the code directly on the final screen before payment by clicking on the blue banner "Do you have a gift code? Click here to enter your gift code"
Where is the gift card sent?
The pdf with the gift code is sent as an attachment to the e-mail address you enter in the "Send The Gift Card To This Address" field
Where is the payment receipt sent?
It is sent to the address entered in the "Your Email Address (For Receipt)" field together with a copy of the gift card
Can I add a custom message?
Yes, you can add a custom message of up to 250 characters in the "Description" field
Can I send the same gift card to multiple people?
No, you will have to purchase a gift card individually for each person you want to give it to.
What happens if I buy something that costs less than the voucher received?
Linked to the code received, credit will remain that can be spent on other purchases until the amount of the gift is used up.
What happens if I buy something that costs more than the voucher received?
You will be able to proceed with the transaction and integrate the missing part of the amount with Paypal or bank transfer.
Where can I check if I still have credit available?
Enter your code on the following page and check how much credit you have left. Click here CHECK VOUCHER BALANCE or, if you are registered, access your profile and check the "Voucher Balance".
Does the gift card expire?
Yes, the gift card will be expendable no later than 365 days from the purchase, after this date it will no longer be valid.
Do I have to be registered on the site to be able to make purchases with my gift card?
No, it doesn't matter to be registered on the site. Payment can be made by bank transfer or with a Paypal account or a credit card to be used via Paypal.
Can I redeem my gift card for cash?
No, the voucher can only be used for online purchases on the shop.tenutacabianca.com website
What payment methods are accepted?
Bank transfer and Paypal. Through the Paypal website it is possible to pay both by having an account and by paying by credit card.
Can I give any amount with the gift card?
The voucher must not be less than €15, however there are no limits to the maximum amount.
