Frequently Asked Questions about the SHOP
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and Paypal.
If you want to pay by bank transfer you will receive the bank details in the confirmation email, remember that you will have to notify us of the payment by sending a receipt of the same and wait for the transfer to be credited to our current account before you can receive your purchase.
If you want to pay with PayPal you can use it in two ways: by accessing your official PayPal account if you have one; or by entering your credit/debit card details even without having an account.
***If you wish to purchase both PRODUCTS and TASTING PACKAGES together, we recommend placing TWO SEPARATE ORDERS. The products can be paid directly online, while the tasting package must be approved by the Tenuta Ca' Bianca staff before completing the payment, so if you have added one or more tasting packages in your cart in addition to the products you will still have to wait for the confirmation email for the entire order.***
How much are shipping costs and to which countries do you ship?
At the moment we ship our products (wine and oil) only to countries within the European Union.
Shipping costs are as follows:
ITALY: € 20,00
REST OF EU COUNTRIES: € 40,00
Is there a minimum quantity to purchase when ordering wine and/or oil?
Yes, both the wine and the oil must be purchased respectively with a minimum order of 6 bottles per product type. It is also possible to purchase larger quantities as long as they are always multiples of six (e.g. 12, 18 etc...).
What should I do if I have problems paying by credit card?
Please note that depending on your credit/debit card circuit you may be asked to enter a password or number to complete your purchase. It is an added layer of security for credit and debit card purchases online. If you have any problems or forget any information, please contact your bank.
Will I receive a confirmation e-mail when I place my order?
Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and the details of the item you have just bought.
You will then receive another e-mail as soon as the order is processed in the warehouse, you’ll also be notified with a tracking number to follow the delivery.
To avoid that our e-mails go into your spam/junk folder please add to your contacts.
If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I get a tracking number for my order?
Of course as soon as your order has been dispatched you will be notified with a tracking number to follow your shipment.
I want to cancel/modify my order
If you want to change or cancel your order you can do it only if the items of your order haven’t been shipped yet.
After we have sent it out you can only return it.
You can cancel/change your order from My Account page.
What if my order is incomplete?
If your order is quite large you may receive it in more than one boxes, otherwise we usually try to dispatch your order in one box only.
If you have received only a part of your order we suggest to check the invoice inside your parcel, this will detail which items should be in the parcel.
If you have only been sent one dispatch email and haven’t received all of your items please contact us ASAP.
How long does delivery take?
After we receive your order, we usually prepare it in 1 or 2 working days.
Delivery within Italy usually takes 1 or 2 working days.
Delivery within Europe usually takes from 3 to 5 working days.
Which countries do you deliver to?
At the moment, delivery is expected in Italy and within the European community.
What should I do if i receive an incorrect or deective item?
If you have received a wrong item or defective item please write immediately to this e-mail address: with the following information:
- Your name
- Your order number
- Product name as stated on your order confirmation email
- Picture of the defective/wrong item
We will send you the correct item at our own cost and, according to the situation, we will organize the return of the defective/wrong item.
How do I return?
You can return an item within 14 days from the date of delivery, you will be refunded to your account according to your chosen method of payment. The shipment fees will not be refunded.
The product must be returned to the Seller, intact, unused, washed, stained or damaged and must be returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories).

How long does it take to process my return?
We aim to process and refund your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take longer for your return to be processed and your refund to reach your account.
If you haven’t received a refund and it has been more than 28 days since you posted your returns then please contact us to the following e-mail address: with a picture of your proof of postage receipt.
Do I have to register on the site in order to purchase a product?
To purchase a tasting experience it is not necessary to be registered on the site, while registration is required for the purchase of products. In both cases, payment can be made by bank transfer or with a Paypal account or a credit card to be used via Paypal. By registering on the site you will have access to the history of your orders.
