Wine Aging
Only the best bunches are selected, then destemmed and sent for fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The continuous pumping over and fulling allow the extraction of all the polyphenols which give the wine colour, structure and elegance of the tannins.
Flavours
Ruby red in color, it presents itself with marked hints of red fruits such as ripe cherries, plums and raspberries. On the palate the pepper stands out, peculiar in Cabernet Franc, delicate notes of spices and roasting, with good persistence on the palate. A Riserva version will also be available at the end of 2023 with a further 12-month aging in wooden barrels.

Cured meats and aged cheeses, game ragù and all red meats in general.
