Wine Aging
After a careful selection of the best bunches to be destemmed, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and then it is aged for 12 months in French oak tonneaux before being bottled.
Flavours
Ruby red in color, it presents itself with marked hints of ripe red berries. On the palate the pepper and blackberry stand out with delicately spicy notes. The balance between the tannic part and the elegant freshness due to its minerality stands out.

Grilled meat, Florentine steak, game and medium-aged cheeses.
