Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and then it is aged for 6 months in French oak tonneaux.
Flavours
The scent of Àulico is enveloping with intense notes of ripe fruit, in particular cherry, and spices with a wide and intense variety of aromas. The taste is warm and full-flavoured with a broad structure and firm tannins that give body and elegance to the wine.
Pairings
Tuscan cold cuts and crostini, first courses with tomato and white ragù, fish and cacciucco soups. Fresh and medium-aged cheeses.
